To confirm your reservation, a deposit is required at the time of booking.
Deposits made by phone may be paid using:

The remaining balance for your reservation is due upon arrival.
We recommend booking early, especially during weekends, holidays, and peak travel seasons, as availability can fill quickly.

Guests are responsible for treating both their cabin and the surrounding property with care and respect.
The booking party assumes responsibility for any damages that occur during the stay. We appreciate your help in maintaining our cabins and beautiful 160-acre property so future guests can enjoy the same relaxing experience.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans sometimes change. Our cancellation policy is based on the number of cabins reserved.
Cancellation Notice Requirements
- One cabin reserved: Minimum of one week's notice
- Two cabins reserved: Minimum of two weeks' notice
- Three cabins reserved: Minimum of three weeks' notice
- Four or five cabins reserved: Minimum of four weeks' notice
- Reservations canceled with less notice than required are not eligible for a refund.
Approved refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee.
If you have questions regarding your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Pet Policy
We know vacations are even better when your four-legged family members can come along.
Well-behaved, housebroken dogs are welcome at Trickle Creek Cabins.
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we ask that:
Dogs remain on a leash whenever outdoors.
Owners clean up after their pets.
Owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.
Pit Bulls are not permitted under our current pet policy.
Our scenic walking trails and peaceful surroundings make Trickle Creek Cabins a wonderful destination for both you and your dog.

To provide a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking is not permitted inside any cabin.
Cabins requiring additional cleaning due to smoke odors may be assessed cleaning fees of up to $200.

Fishing Pond Guidelines
Guests are welcome to enjoy our peaceful fishing pond throughout their stay.
To help preserve the fish population and maintain the experience for future visitors, the pond is designated for:
- Catch-and-release fishing only

If you plan to have visitors during your stay:

Property Restrictions
To preserve the peaceful atmosphere that guests enjoy, the following items and activities are not permitted on the property:
- ATVs
- UTVs
- RVs
- Golf carts
- Tents
- No shooting of any kind of gun including BB Gun
